In March, we enjoyed a Spring Sing with the Frampton Shantymen, followed by another important milestone - our first AGM at the end of the month.
In May, we performed Bright Voices, Warm Hearts at Wickwar Holy Trinity Church - a joyful evening of music in a beautiful setting.
June took us in a completely different direction as we opened the Rose & Crown Country Party in the pub garden with our special country set. There was certainly no shortage of country music - or enthusiasm!
We then joined Wickwar Social Club's 90th anniversary celebrations, which also marked 50 years of their Tote Draw. With a 1970s theme, it was the perfect excuse to dig out some of our favourite songs from the era.
August brought three relaxed Summer Sing workshops at Wickwar Town Hall - a chance to keep singing through the summer, try out some music in a different setting and enjoy being together without the usual rehearsal routine.
These were open rehearsals, with an open invitation to anyone who fancied a place to sing other than the car or the shower! Regular singers, returning faces, friends we've sung with before - including a few Frampton Shantymen - or anyone simply looking for an opportunity to sing were all very welcome.
And, naturally, the singing wasn't the only part of the evening! After each session, we headed to Wickwar Social Club for a drink, a chat and a bit of catching up.
It was a relaxed, sociable way to keep singing through the summer - and a great way to ease into the new season.
We rounded off the summer with a delightful and convivial afternoon celebrating a wedding anniversary for a lovely family. We were joined by No Direction, who sang alongside us and also treated everyone to their own jolly set, including some fabulous numbers specially adapted for the occasion.
It's been a varied few months, and we've loved being out and about in our local community.
